In our market, homes that are priced right and marketed well typically go under contract in 2–4 weeks. Some close in a week. Some take longer. I'll give you a realistic timeline before we list — not a sales pitch.
My commission is negotiable, and I'll walk you through exactly what it covers before you sign anything. Under the 2024 NAR settlement, buyer agent compensation is also negotiated separately from your listing. I'll show you what other sellers in our market are doing and what makes sense for your situation.
That's a conversation we have before we list, not after. I'll show you the data, recommend a price that's positioned to move, and we'll agree on an adjustment strategy if the market isn't responding. You'll never feel stuck.
